I Lied

One more because I have no willpower.

Just a bit of logo.
I am stupidly happy with how well this Takhion is coming along, and will probably be picking up the finished frame next week!

Restoration and photo are by Ube Urban.  Decals that you will see more of next week are made by the talented Hrrundel.

  1. I think this an acceptable teaser! :p Looks great, that decal is really smart, it's good you can find people to do specialist stuff like that. Also your Beater...........seems to be in showroom condition, I'll admit it's not as high spec as your others, but looks very cool to me, I like those Dura-Ace hubs, I could go for those on my beater.......which really has been beaten. Anyway you are making me jealous, keep up the good work.

    1. Thank you! I'm lucky to have found someone local who is talented enough to bring this frame back to life. I really can't wait to see it in person.

I'm just bad at beaters. I do have a good reason for the hubs though: the rear spacing is 110mm instead of 120, and I couldn't find a wheelset (or even a hub for that matter) for a decent price until this set came along. Great deal for some beautiful wheels, and it gives me even more incentive to keep that bike looking nice. And while I'm not taking it on a track, that bike does see a lot of riding, so at least they're not going to waste!
